is requesting pro-
posals from attor-
neys interested in
c o n t ra c t i n g a s a
conflict attorney to
provide public de-
fense services for
indigent defendants
appearing to answer
c r i m i n a l c h a rg e s
and family court
services pursuant to
the requirements of
the Uniform, Con-
ser vatorship, and
O t h e r Pr o t e c t i v e
Arrangements Act in
the Klickitat County
Superior Court.
Proposals, to -
gether with state-
ments of qualifica-
tions, are requested
from attorneys for
the period of Janu-
ary 1, 2021 through
December 31, 2021.
These services must
be provided in ac-
cordance with Wash-
ington State Bar As-
sociation Standards
for Indigent Defense
Services, the Code
of Professional Re-
sponsibility, Uniform,
C o n s e r v a t o rs h i p ,
and Other Protective
Arrangements Act
and the best stan-
dards of the legal
profession applica-
ble to the matter.
