W ow, what a busy and life changing m onth. The fourth of July was hectic w ith five
children going in five different directions but the evening was m ore laid back w ith BBQ and
firew orks. Sometimes I ask m yself why I do what I do, but watching the grandbabies eyes
light up when they were doing their sparklers, I know why.
July 5th, m y husband officially retired after working for the sam e com pany for 33
years. It is nice to have him hom e once again. I have him busy for probably the next year
but after that
W e started the ball rolling on building our new hom e on our lot here in town. W e de
cided that we needed m ore space and we want a better built hom e. I am really excited and
can't w ait until we get it done!
Speaking of m y husband, I think he is pretty am azing. He has always been m y biggest
supporter. W hen I talked to him about bringing Arielle into our hom e, he didn't hesitate,
just told m e to go get her. August 11th is our 40th anniversary and I can't im agine m y life
w ithout him . He is m y best friend, m y other half, and m y soul m ate!
There are lots of changes com ing for The Bulletin. Stories about Butte Falls and the
residents, m aybe have a citizen of the m onth, the possibilities are endless. Please be sure
that you stay tuned in the follow ing m onths!
I hope that all are having an am azing summ er, and parents take heart, school will be
here before you know it!
