account strictly set up for donations
with guidance for the use of funds.

one (1) truck load of bulk water
(6,100 gallons) a week to Crystal
Fresh Bottling. This is only the
beginning. The dollar am ount
equals $6,100 annually to our
budget. Logger Statue (Ralph): W e
are planning on having Ralph back
in place by the 4th of July. Library
m oney: The m oney received from
the sale of the library has been set
up in a special loan account. Funds
will be loaned out for specific
projects as set forth by ordinance.
Upon com pletion of projects m onies
will be paid back to the special
account over a five (5) year period.
An exam ple is the dum p truck that
was purchased. W e use it to haul
sludge and can also use for
it streets. The cost of $12,300 was
borrowed from the special account
and the m oney will be paid back to
