When I interviewed Ashley Elmer, I
asked some simple questions. The first
one I asked her was. "Tell me a little
about yourself " and don't get me wrong,
Ashley used the most minimal words she
could use. So this interview was the
hardest thing I've done.
When I asked Ashley to tell me a
little about herself , she replied, "Well,
I was born in Southern California. Then
I moved from California to White City,
Oregon when I was only six years old.
After my parents divorced I decided to
move with my dad to Seattle
Washington. Finally, I moved from
Washington to my mom's in Shady Cove.
After we got done with all of that I
asked her, "What kind of sports are you
interested in or like to play?" She
replied, "I love a variety of sports like
basketball, soccer, football, etcetera."
Then we talked about school. I asked
her, "What do you think of your new
school?" She plainly stated, "Well, I
love the four day week but I hate
staying in class until almost 4:00. She
would also like to see more different
types of classes and more teachers.
So here she is, our newest addition
to BFHS.
