Butte Falls High School New!
By- Nici Inman

Hi, Butte Falls! It’s that time of year
again; kids stunned disbelief giving way to
moping, sulking, and overall resistance, while
parents jump for joy and can ’t stop smiling.
What am I talking about? Why the fact that
school is back in session and here ’s some
news for you.
What’s happened so far? September
8th we had a ” Welcome Back Dance ” that had
a great turnout of both students and faculty,
including Officer Dave. A huge thanks to the
dance committee, your time and efforts are
greatly appreciated. It was really nice to come
back to school with so much spirit and such
awesome decorations up and down the hall.
This year we also have a new
Principal, Dr. Dunlap who moved from
Montana this summer to become our Principal
and Superintendent. Earning a great deal of
respect for being in education for 41 years!
So, if you see him in town please make him
feel welcome.
Another new addition to Butte Falls
High School is Officer Dave; our new
resource officer who the students seem to
enjoy and is always friendly. Officer Dave
helps in the classrooms and keeps an eye on
everything.
Please come and watch the games
this season and support our teams!
