Students planning to participate
in sports are required to have a
sports physical, insurance, drug
test and a completed Athletic
Eligibility Packet prior to the start
of the sports season. Eagle Point
High School has invited us to
participate with them in the free
clinic on Thursday, August 17 th
from 6:30 - 8:00 P.M. at Eagle
Point High School.

Freeze at least 4 hours
16 ounce ripe strawberries (4 cups)
2 Tbsp. Light com syrup
1% cups buttermilk
1 Va cup sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1. Mash strawberries with com syrup. Add
buttermilk and sugar; stir until sugar
dissolves.
2. Beat heavy cream with mixer on medium
high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold
in strawberry mixture. Pour into shallow metal
bowl or pan.
3. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours, stirring
once after 2 hours.
