Dale Flowers is an Astoria High School teacher, busy with such subjects
as global studies, sociology, psychology andeconomics now that summer
is over. It is hoped this latestbatch of his cartoons will not be the last until
the end of theschool year. He is also a keen satirist as a writer in addition
to his art, which he displayed in the Augtember issue of the Times Eagle.
