Galloway will celebrate his INSIDE OUT ? For You! 523-6648 Submitted photo Harry Galloway with Marine 99th birthday in October. His son, Dale who resides in Pennsylva nia, joined him for the Washington D.C. tour. Harry said he was most touched by his visit to Arlington National Cemetery and visiting the grave site of Jessica Ellis from Baker City as well as by all of the children who saluted and thanked them for their service. Gal loway and his wife also treasure the quilt made for each of the vet erans by the Northeast Oregon Quilters. A flag which had been flown over the U.S. Capitol was given to each of the veterans, as well. Harry's twinkling eyes behind which are many stories and adventures to share are only outshone by his warm and genuine smile. The cross he wears tells of his faith, and the hat he wears denoting he is a WWII vet eran shows the patriotism in his heart. The love for his country Galloway summed up in a few words as he showed me the quilt he'd been given on the Honor Flight. "It says God Bless America," he said proudly smiling.
