*Driving 105 in a 55-zone was
much too fast, so that motorist near
Draper Valley Road and Redwood
Hwy. was cited at 10:55 a.m. The
appearance date at Josephine County
Circuit Court (JCCC) was set for July
14.
*Nickolas Bradford misbehaved
near Chateau at Oregon Caves
National Monument, so at 11:58 a.m.
Monday, June 12
*No cites or arrests.
Tuesday, June 13
*No arrests or cites.
*From 9:23 a.m. until 1 p.m.,
John Bush begged individuals to
phone 911, and claimed there were
people chasing him and waiting to kill
him at his house. Josephine County
Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) came to his
rescue. Bush was taken into custody
near the 200 block W. Watkins Street
at 3:31 p.m. and detained at Josephine
County Jail (JCJ) on a probation
violation (PV).
*Several citizens with children
did not appreciate a streaker near
the 100 block of S. Redwood Hwy.
at 1:47 p.m. Sadly, a woman was
arrested for disorderly conduct and
detained in JCJ.
*Kyle Lambert was arrested
near Redwood Hwy. and Draper
Valley Road at 9:30 p.m. Lambert
was charged with driving under the
influence of intoxicants (DUII) and
reckless driving, then detained at
Grants Pass Sobering Center.
Thursday, June 15
*Tyler Christian Lee Thorson had
a misdemeanor warrant from Clatsop
County Sheriff’s Office for failure
to appear (FTA) for two counts of
second-degree criminal mischief and
disorderly conduct. Thorson was taken
into custody at 3:25 p.m. near the 100
block of W. Lister Street and detained
in JCJ.
Friday, June 16
*No cites or arrests.
Saturday, June 17
*Mary Myers was taken into
custody near the 200 block of
Honeybee Lane at 4:38 p.m. Myers
was charged with unlawful use of
a weapon and domestic violence
menacing and detained in JCJ.
*Failure to signal a turn resulted
in a citation for driving while
suspended violation (DWS/V) for a
motorist in a white GMC pickup truck
near the 600 block of Naue Way at
9:50 p.m.
*Michael Daubenschmidt had
a warrant from Jackson County
Sheriff’s Office for PV for DUII
alcohol. Daubenschmidt was
apprehended near Redwood Hwy. and
Kerby Mainline Road at 9:43 p.m.
and cited to appear July 5 at Jackson
County Circuit Court.
