IVHS does well with conference accolades

IVHS sends 4 to state speech and debate match
The following students are going to state next month from IVHS
speech and debate:
Brennan Wilson in radio, Julia Thomas in after dinner speaking and
Zoe Brock in student congress. The following are alternate to state: Zoe
Brock, program oral interp (POI); Julia Thomas, POI; Zoe Brock and
Brennan Wilson alternate in parli debate; Austin Bosch and Julia Thomas
alternate in parli debate; and Zoe Brock alternate in impromptu speak-
ing.
Out of all the tournaments they competed in this year, they have had a
finalist and/or awards winner in all but one time.
Stay tuned Friday and Saturday as Brock and Thomas attempt to
qualify for nationals in Lincoln-Douglas Debate and POI in addition to
attempting to qualify to nationals in world schools debate. Good luck stu-
dents!
