including assisting in the completion of various administrative and clerical
duties required for the daily operation of the City: serves as receptionist

and utility billing, including clerical and secretarial services; receives
payments for water/sewer bills and other City revenue; issues permits
and licenses as required; serves as Clerk of the Municipal Court, may

lien docket; performs related work as required.
