Deputies do right by kids
Josephine County Deputies are usually the first ones who
come into contact when children are in harm’s way. They are
usually the ones that must remove them from what the children
call home and place them with children’s services. Since most
of the deputies are parents themselves they know the tug on their
own hearts and the fear in these children.
Deputies do not want to always be the ones the children think

Party with Santa for the 300 plus children in Josephine County
who have been placed in the foster care system.
That being said, the deputies have launched a campaign to
bring Christmas to these children. For that they will need com-
