After a report that transients were fighting due to a dog being killed, and that 14 people were screaming at each other, a deputy responded to Jubilee Park with lights blazing and si- ren screaming around 11:30 a.m. The only notation as to the outcome of this call is that someone was cited to appear on a charge of having an animal at large. *Some dude driving a van and towing an empty trailer was said to be all over the road on Redwood Hwy. and nearly causing head-on collisions near Eight Dollar Road. He further complained that some $1,500 damage was caused to his buildings by “illegal entry” by JCSO, and that he has contacted the FBI and a federal attorney and written to the White House. *A house-sitter in Selma blurted to 911 that “if he is found dead” (at the place) that a certain person did it. He then hung up. When 911 phoned back the sitter was concerned because the residence owner’s brother threatened him and wants him out of the place immediately.
