Public Notice of Condition Precedent
Be it known that I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski©, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-
Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, a US National, non-resident alien, presently domiciled in
Cave Junction, c/o PMB 115, PO Box 1459, Cave Junction Oregon, [97523] declare
that the following privately owned Travel Conveyances previously licensed by the
STATE OF OREGON no longer exist within the Corporate STATE OF OREGON Pub-
lic Trust, and are not Identifiable by the following private Identification Plates.
Subsequent to my voluntary rescindment of my Commercial Oregon Driver License in
September 1999, Regarding private Travel in my Private Travel Conveyances (See
Below) No Oregon Driver License has existed and so could not and cannot be sus-
pended or revoked by the STATE OF OREGON. I reserve my Unalienable Right to
Freedom which includes the Right to Travel via the normal Conveyance of the day, the
Automobile on Oregon Roadways.

ing the Private Identification Plates on Oregon records and flagging such private con-
veyances on NCIS Police Computers.
