COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Commit-
tee of the Three Rivers / Josephine
County Unit School District, Josephine
County, State of Oregon, to discuss the
budget for the fiscal year of July 1, 2011,
to June 30, 2012, will be held at Three
Rivers School District Administration
Building, 8550 New Hope Road, Murphy,
Oregon. The meeting will take place on
the 9th day of May, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to review
the Proposed Budget, receive the Super-
intendent’s budget message, decide upon
the resources that will be appropriated for
next year out of the General Fund, and to
receive comment from the public on the
budget. A copy of the Proposed Budget
may be inspected or obtained at the Ad-
ministration Offices, 8550 New Hope
Road, between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
and 4:30 p.m. , after May 6, 2011. This is
a public meeting where deliberation of the
Budget Committee will take place. Any
person may appear at the meeting and
discuss the proposed programs with the
Budget Committee.
