Boun- dry Avenue stated that her brother, who didn’t live there, refused to leave. No evidence of a crime was discovered; the man left for the evening. *California driver Robert Francis Poole, 27, was cited on a charge of speeding (79 in a 55 mph zone) in the 22000 block of Redwood Hwy. at 7:51 p.m. He also was cited on a charge of failure to carry registration, and flagged as hostile to law enforcement. Saturday, Dec. 5 *A caller stated at 2:31 a.m. that some people “got in her face” outside a Down- town Cave Junction establish- ment, and then boogied when she phoned 911. Sunday, Dec. 6 *A horse was said to be running loose on Eight Dollar Mountain Road at 11:44 a.m. *On N. Hussey Avenue a woman said that her former mother-in-law entered her residence uninvited and be- gan screaming at all present. It was requested that the woman be warned against trespassing at the home. Monday, Dec. 7 *On E. River Street a woman said that her daugh- ter’s ex-boyfriend had phoned, threatening to “f*** up their world.” *A Cave Junction resi- dent reported some $1,000 in fraudulent online purchases made with her credit card. *Several county and U.S Forest Service signs on Road 40-08-23 were decapitated with a chainsaw, a caller said. He took the signs home with him so that they would not be stolen, he said. Tuesday, Dec. 8 *Not much happened in Illinois Valley today. Josephine County Animal Control was notified. *In Downtown Cave Junction, Gregory Wayne Sampley, 57, was cited on a warrant charging FTA on an original charge of second- degree criminal trespass. *Carole Renee Shloss, 48, was cited on a charge of speeding (70 in a 55 mph zone) on Redwood Hwy. at Lakeshore Drive at 4:30 p.m. *Several homeless peo- ple were contacted behind St. Matthias Episcopal Church because of a complaint about a dog at large. *Someone set off a “stink bomb” in the 100 block of S.
