The Illinois Valley Community Development
Organization (IVCDO) seeks a Program
Assistant for the Illinois Valley Business
Entrepreneurial Center (IVBEC) in Kerby.
Position will perform a variety of duties re-
lated to the IVBEC mission to strengthen
the economic base of the Illinois Valley and
requires 24-30 hours per week.
Pay range: $10 - $12 per hour.
Duties will include promotion of programs
and services; maintaining records, files, and
data bases; internet research; organizing
program events; and general assistance to
the Business Development Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently within
a team structure, handle multiple
projects, and meet regular dead-
lines with consistency and accuracy
Good written and verbal communi-
cation skills
Experience with email, the Internet,
and proficiency with PC computer
programs including Word, Excel,
