Ma- William W. Bailey No service will be held for Cave Junction resident William W. Bailey, 53, of Cave Junc- tion, who died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008 as a result of a bicy- clist vs. car accident at the south side of Cave Junction. Mr. Bailey was born on Dec. 9, 1954 in Fullerton, Calif. to Edward & Mildred Bailey. He had lived in Illinois Valley for several years. He is survived by a brother and a sister. Christilaw, 61, who died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008 at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford. A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, Dec. 14 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Junction Inn in Cave Junction with Linette T. Ellis conducting. Attendees are asked to bring a favorite potluck dish. Mr. Christilaw was born Dec. 15, 1946 in Detroit, Mich. For the past 18 years, he lived in Cave Junction. A car- penter, he built timber homes and pole barns; remodeled homes; and did cabinetry work. His hobbies included kitchen and bathroom remodel- ing, building structures, and repairing anything having to do with carpentry. He was known as an excellent craftsman in Passage to Southern Oregon & the Redwoods whatever he did. He leaves behind his sig- nificant other, Linette T. Ellis, of Cave Junction. He is sur- vived by a sister, Niki Ashley, of Sterling Heights, Mich.; and two brothers, Anthony Christi- law of Livonia, Mich., and Frank Christilaw, of Whitmore Lake, Mich.
