Besides being a mul- titalented artist, Hover- Kramer is a concert pian- ist, a well-known author, and an effective life skills counselor with 30 years experience. She re- cently has expanded her reach to include the visual arts as well. Since moving to the Illinois River Valley four years ago, she has explored the beauty of her environ- ment through watercolor and acrylic paintings. Her work represents her “connection to Nature” and her wish “to preserve what is left of the wilderness for future generations.” Each painting in the exhibit of acrylics on canvas displays her careful yet fluid observations of the natural world, the environment, and tion of her sense of color and harmony.
