A service was held Sun- day, Nov. 5 in Cave Junction. Shelli was born Jan. 17, 1958 in Seattle. She moved from Oroville, Calif. to Grants Pass three years ago. Isenagle had to be extricated from the vehicle by Illinois Valley Fire District (IVFD) personnel. The crash was reported at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 by Teri Dean, 38, of Lamont Way, said JCSO.
