The caller also was con- cerned because of shotgun shells and other ammo seen under the seats. *Theft of a tent seemed to be at the heart of a Kerby inci- dent involving several people that possibly involved a shot- gun warning shot. *Loud music “rattling his windows for the last three days” was complained about at 7:26 p.m. on E. River Street. A deputy checked, but heard no music. Wednesday, April 20 *Theft of approximately 20 gallons of gasoline valued at $50 from three vehicles was reported in the 6500 block of Lakeshore Drive. *Theft of an 18-inch brown bicycle valued at $25 was reported on N. Junction Avenue by a grandmother. *Someone “misdialed” 911 from Westside Road at 3:31 p.m. *Following a report of a disturbance on O’Brien Road, Gregg Edward Teske, 45, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault and taken to county jail. *Described as “a mental subject,” a man at a Cave Junc- tion restaurant was pepper- sprayed at 4:236 p.m., and taken into custody under a peace officer’s mental hold. *William Sampley, 57, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. in Downtown Cave Junction on charges of manufacture, pos- session and distribution of methamphetamine. Thursday, April 21 *Suspicious people were contacted at 3:44 a.m. on S. Sawyer Avenue. A deputy found a marijuana pipe and some flakes in a jar nearby, but the people said they knew not- ing about them. *Continual problems with people partying all night long were complained about on S. Kerby Avenue at 8:16 a.m. *At Illinois Valley High School a girl, 15, was cited to appear on a charge of fourth- degree assault involving a fel- low student, also a girl. *A blue Blazer was re- ported blue-blazing and tearing up the area near milepost 34 of Redwood Hwy. at 1:37 p.m. *Fraud involving $5,000 worth of credit card charges was reported by a Selma man. *On Finch Road a bunch of people were wandering around storage units at 2:22 p.m. Subsequently, Melissa Jayne Lowenstein, 38, was contacted under a Curry County warrant charging DUII and misdemeanor DWS.
