Charges can be amended or dismissed.) *** Sunday, Dec. 28 *Two men and two women were said to be in a brawl which sent barstools flying in an establishment in the 100 block of S. Red- wood Hwy. at 12:55 a.m. All parties left before deputies could arrive. *Michelle Anne Berg- man, 17, was arrested on charges of DUII and minor in possession of alcohol during a traffic stop in the 500 block of Redwood Hwy at 1:43 a.m. *Deputies discovered a car in a ditch near Jubilee Park at 2:34 a.m. The owner couldn’t be reached. *Several drivers were warned for various and sundry infractions and mis- steps between 2:56 and 3:21 a.m. *A woman on Thomp- son Creek Road found an abandoned, homemade utility trailer in Thompson Creek. *A 911 hang-up call was received from the 1200 block of Lone Moun- tain road at 1:45 p.m. *A boy, 12, was cited and released for shoplifting at Shop Smart at 2:14 p.m. *Deputies responded to a report of a fight be- tween a man and a woman in Downtown CJ at 2:38 p.m. After a footchase, Aaron Lee Clouser was arrested on charges of FTA/DUII, FTA/Theft III, and failure to comply with probation/DUII. While enroute to the jail, Clouser unfastened his seatbelt and attempted to slip his hand- cuffs, which got him an- other charge of Escape III. *A man in the 500 block of Caves Hwy. said his ex-girlfriend was hit- ting him. But then she left, so all was OK. Monday, Dec. 29 *A suicidal woman complaining of a migraine headache was transported from Siskiyou Community Health Center to Three Rivers Hospital. *Assistance was re- quested for a 15-passenger van stuck in snow near Page Mt. Snow Park. But then they got themselves out, and assistance was no longer needed. *In the 33000 block of Redwood Hwy. a man said someone had built a fence across some property, blocking access. *A man in the 7000 block of Caves Hwy. asked to speak with a deputy re- garding continuing harass- ment by his neighbor. It was termed unfounded as a harassment issue. *A vacancy sign was damaged by a baseball bat in the 24000 block of Red- wood Hwy. Damage was estimated at $800. *Jewelry valued at approximately $5,000 was reported missing from a home in the 35000 block of Redwood Hwy. at 9:49 a.m. The complainant then called to say the jewelry had been found. *A woman in the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. said her daughter had taken her car without permission. When the daughter returned without the car, the two women got into a fight.. Deputies de- termined that crimes of harassment and UUMV had occurred, but neither woman wanted to press charges. *A two-vehicle acci- dent with injuries occurred near milepost 16 of Red- wood Hwy. at 3:54 p.m. *On Hogue Drive, a man said a tenant had left a motorcycle on the street in front of the residence. The man believed the motorcy- cle was stolen. *A man requested a welfare check on friends he had been unable to con- tact for a few days. They were fine. *On Caves Hwy. near milepost 6, a driver re- ported a windshield on the roadway at 6:44 p.m. It was not made of safety glass, and constituted a severe hazard. *A child was bitten by a Bull Mastiff mix dog in the 200 block of S. Kerby avenue. The child was taken to TRCH in the mother’s vehicle, and the matter was referred to Ani- mal Control. * Ma t th e w J os eph Barylak, 28, was cited for shoplifting at Shop Smart. He was then arrested on a warrant from Lane County for probation violation. Tuesday, Dec. 30 *A tree was blocking the Redwood Hwy. lanes for northbound traffic at the Oregon/California bor- der at 1:21 a.m. *An intoxicated man was contacted in the 400 block of S. Redwood Hwy. at 2:21 a.m. *Someone removed two gas cans containing fuel, and left two cans not belonging to the complain- ant on his drive in the 500 block of Lakeshore drive. *Deputies checked on a household on Ollis Road, based on an allegation of neglect from DHS. The complaint was unfounded. *A woman said her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend and the ex-girlfriend’s mother were harassing and threatening her in the 400 block of S. Redwood Hwy. at 12:26 p.m. She said peo- ple in a second vehicle had attempted to run over her.
