Charges can be amended or dismissed.) *** Saturday, Nov. 8 *A concrete garbage can was removed from in front of a business in Downtown Cave Junction on Red- wood Hwy. after an alarm went off for an unknown reason. *A man said he saw six people shooting fish with guns from the Green Bridge on Pugetville Road. *The concrete garbage can was found in the street in front of a busi- ness in the 100 block of Redwood Hwy. *In the 300 block of Mona Way a woman said two mature mari- juana plants were missing from her house. She had a marijuana card but had more plants t h an all o wed . It was a case of mutual harass- ment. * M i s t y Marlene Kiene, 24, was cited and re- leased on a charge of DUII after she was involved in a non-injury single vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Happy Camp Road. *In the 200 block of Ollis Road a woman said she saw a sus- picious man possi- bly carrying a spray paint can. *In the 100 block of Hogue Drive a man threw his shoe at a woman. She said she was sick of his antics but decided not to press charges. *In the 4000 block of Holland Loop Road a woman’s ex- boyfriend was pounding on her windows and re- fusing to leave. He said she should “shoot him or he will keep doing this.” Sunday, Nov. 9 * Ho wa r d Conley, 95, was dead on arrival after being trans- ported to Three Rivers Community Hospital from the 200 block of S. Junction Avenue. *In the 100 block of Warren Road a woman said her husband stole then sold her truck and was sit- ting in her living room laughing at her. She was afraid he would abuse her. The truck was recovered. The couple said they would stay away from each other for a while. *In the 900 block of N. Old Stage Road a woman said she heard two gunshots at 12:52 p.m. *A man in the 300 block of Wal- damar Road said he received a phone call from one of his three children and that they were in dis- tress. Deputies contacted their mother and she said they were OK. *In the 700 block of Pine Cone Drive a man said he was struck in the genitals by a woman. He said he did not want to pursue charges. *In the 6000 block of Westside Road a woman said she saw a sus- picious vehicle back into her driveway. Monday, Nov. 10 *In the 700 block of Pine Cone Road a man said someone was at his house that was not supposed to be there. *On Hussey Avenue Robert James Wilbourne, 23, was cited and released on charges of driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and for possession of less than an ounce of a con- trolled substance and for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault. *In the 200 block of W. River Street a woman wanted the welfare of a coup le checked on. A case worker said the couple was OK. *In the 600 block of East River Street a man said a vehicle was used without permis- sion. *Deputies were able to con- tain a loose horse in the 5700 block of Westside Road. Tuesday, Nov. 11 *A woman said she heard gun- shots in the 200 block of Aries Lane. *In the 500 block of South Redwood Hwy. a woman said she was going to get a gun and harm her- self because she was arrested the night before for a DUII and child endangerment. The vacationing neighbor said he would check on the house when he got home. *In the 35000 block of Redwood Hwy. a man said a $6 lock was miss- ing from a gate. *A woman in the 600 block of Dick George Road said her neighbor’s dog looked like it could be starving and she wanted a welfare check done on her elderly neighbor. Deputies gave the dog water and biscuits but did not locate the homeowner. *Eric Griffie, 32, was arrested on warrants and addi- tional charges of possession of a controlled sub- stance, giving false information and failure to carry and present. *At Shop Smart Food Ware- house in Down- town Cave Junc- tion Eileen Patricia Szzilageyhedes was arrested on warrants for the charges of failure to appear for the original charges of third-degree theft, DUII and for fail- ure to appear for possession of a schedule II and IV controlled sub- stance. *A woman said that a man was yelling at her children for knock- ing over a porta- potty in the 3000 block of Rocky- dale Road in a case of continuing har- assment. Deputies said the harass- ment was un- founded. *In the 18000 block of Redwood Hwy. a man said there was an emo- tionally disturbed man sitting in a car in his driveway. Deputies trans- ported him to a nearby motel as he was not a danger to himself or others. *A woman at the I.V. Substation said her runaway daughter may be in Takilma. Deputies referred the infor- mation to the day shift. Monday, Nov. 10 *In the 300 block of Prottsman Way at 12:26 a.m. deputies responded to a fully engulfed structure fire. The fire was put out. *Gary W. Ed- wards, 56, listed as a transient, was arrested on charges of driving while suspended after being pulled over for unauthorized use of a vehicle on Airport Drive. * At Ho m e Valley Bank in the 100 block of S. Kerby Avenue a woman said win- dow stripping had been removed and there was damage to the glass and molding. The dam- age was listed at $350. *At milepost 18 of Redwood Hwy. deputies re- sponded to a traffic accident at 12:42 p.m. between a pickup truck and a jeep. A man suf- Page 15 fered minor inju- ries. *In the 100 block of S. Hussey Avenue at Lube and Shine a man said his gate was kicked open, Coke machine was van- dalized, and a win- dow was broken out of a vehicle causing a listed damage of $200. *In the 11000 block of Takilma Road a woman said her neighbor threatened her in an ongoing dis- pute. She wanted the information logged. *In the 100 block of Watkins Street a man said someone used a hammer to break a car window and the stereo was missing. *A man was transported to the Three Rivers Com- munity Hospital from the 35000 block of Redwood Hwy. after suffer- ing “mental epi- sodes.” *A woman in the 200 block of Ollis Road said she saw headlights outside and some- one tried to push in her home’s back door. She put a chair against the door and someone pushed it hard enough to knock the chair away. Deputies were un- able to locate any- one suspicious. *A woman in the 100 block of Redwood Hwy. said someone was hitting her in front of her children. Deputies were un- able to locate her. *Deputies were unable to lo- cate anyone suspi- cious on Airport Drive after they received a call from a concerned citizen at 11:16 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13 *A heater with a listed value of $83 was missing from a mushroom buyer’s tent in Downtown Cave Junction. *Deputies re- covered a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of Watkins Street at 12:09 p.m. *Deputies re- covered a stolen vehicle on Logan Cut Road at 2:55 p.m. *Two jackets, two pairs of pants and two shirts were missing from a vehicle on Deer Creek Road. The value was listed at $200. *A woman said she lost her purse on Old Stage Road. It included $20 in cash and a food stamp card. *A woman said a quad was missing from her home in the 300 block of Waldamar Road. She said a man may have vio- lated his restrain- ing order to snatch the ATV. *On Caves Hwy. near Laurel Road a man said he was assaulted by two men.
