By CASSANDRA NEWTON-MILLER Progress on applying for nonprofit status for Illi- nois River Valley Arts Council (IRVAC) is mov- ing forward, according to President Rebecca Pearson of “BeBe’s ART for Eve- ryone” in Downtown Cave Junction. The “census” form and survey can be accessed at www.jococulturalarts.org. Recent IRVAC discus- sion also has involved new participants in the Second Friday Art Walk in Down- town CJ.
