Reference is made to that certain Trust Deed made by Donald S. Kennedy, as
Grantor, to Josephine-Crater Title, as Trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Fund-
ing, Inc., as Beneficiary, dated February 8, 2002, recorded February 15, 2002,

interest under said Trust Deed and the obligations secured thereby are pres-
ently held by GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. Said Trust Deed encumbers

address or other common designation, if any, of the real property described
above is purported to be: 880 Northeast 7th Street Grants Pass, OR . The
undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the above
street address or other common designation. Both the beneficiary and the
trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligation
secured by said Trust Deed and a Notice of Default has been recorded pursu-
ant to Oregon Revised Statues 86.735 (3); the default for which the foreclo-
sure is made is Grantor’s failure to pay when due, the following sums: monthly

PUBLIC NOTICE
An environmental assessment (EA) for the 2003 Cul-
vert Replacement Project on the Medford District of
the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Grants Pass
Resource Area, is available for public review and
comment. The proposed project is to replace and
upgrade five culverts in the Grants Pass Resource
Area in order to allow fish passage and accommo-
date 100-year flood events. The project area is in the
Quartz Creek, Crooks Creek, North Crooks Creek
and White Creek areas.
The EA will be available for review and comment for
15 days from the date of publication in the Grants
Pass Daily Courier. Copies of the EA are available at
the Medford District Office, 3040 Biddle Road, Med-
ford, OR. The EA is also available on the Medford
District’s Web site (www.or.blm.gov/Medford) under
planning documents/environmental assessments. For
more information, about the project, contact Paul
