All items for “Illinois Val-
ley News” will need to be sub-
mitted by 3 p.m. on Fridays
for the next week’s issue --
effective Friday, Feb. 28.
The deadline includes
classified ads. However, clas-
sified ads will be accepted in
the office until noon Mondays
for inclusion in a Too Late To
Classify column.
Since a revised deadline
went into effect for the past
several weeks, display ads,
announcements and other
items have been due by 3 p.m.
Fridays. The change has been
well accepted.
Although classified ads
were excluded at the time, it
has been decided to now in-
clude them in the new dead-
line. The revision is necessary
to expedite production of the
valley’s newspaper.
Classified ads brought in
after 3 p.m. Fridays will cost
$4 for a maximum 20 words.
COUGAR WRESTLERS came out on top in more ways than
one during the Skyline Conference district meet at I.V. High
School last week.
