RVMC docs featured on medical site Medford’s Rogue Valley Medical Center (RVMC) Emergency Dept. physicians, Anthony Anker, and Kenneth Buccino, are featured authors on a unique Web site created specifically with the consumer in mind. It’s an online, family medicine textbook, written for real people by emergency room physicians from around the world. The Web site is accessible to anyone at anytime and is written so consumers can eas- ily understand the informa- tion,” said Dr. Anker, who is also a chief editor of the Emergency Medical and Fam- ily Health Guide. Members of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine created the online textbook as a medical resource for the general public. The information is designed to help people identify symp- toms and decide whether their condition warrants a trip to the emergency room or family physician.
