Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said
real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed
and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735 (3) of
Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is
made is the grantor’s failure to pay the monthly payments in the
amount of $1,420.74 due beginning July 15, 2002, and monthly
late charges in the amount of $113.66 and subsequent install-
ments due thereafter, together with all subsequent sums ad-
vanced by beneficiary pursuant to the terms and conditions of
said deed of trust. Trustee’s fees and other costs and expenses
associated with this foreclosure and any further breach of any
term or condition in subject note and deed of trust.
By reason of said default, the beneficiary has declared all obliga-
tions secured by said Trust Deed immediately due and payable,

1. Principal of $102,736.47 and accruing interest as of June
15, 2002 at the rate of 12% per annum from June 15, 2002 until
paid.
2. $340.98 in late charges plus future charges.
3. Together with title expenses, costs, trustee’s fees, attorney
fees, and any other cost advances made by beneficiary to protect
its interest in the said property pursuant to the terms of said Trust
Deed.
Whereof, notice hereby is given that FIRST AMERICAN TITLE
INSURANCE COMPANY, c/o Attorneys Equity National Corpo-
ration, the undersigned trustee will on March 11, 2003 at the hour
of 1:00 P.M. , as established by Section 187.110, Oregon Re-

The right under ORS 86.753 to have the proceeding dismissed
and the trust deed reinstated by payment of the entire amount

*On S. Old Stage
Road a woman re-
ported that her 15-
year-old daughter had
gone to Grants Pass to
visit friends and had
not phoned her to pick
her up. Upon contact-
ing the friends, the
mother was told that
the daughter had
stayed a while and then
left.
*A Ziplock bag
full of marijuana was
turned in at the I.V.
Substation at 8:56 a.m.
*Complaints of
harassment were filed
at the I.V. Substation at
8:49 a.m. The com-
plainant stated that a
man had “flipped him
off” and yelled at him.
*Mary Lynn Serna,
45, was cited on a
charge of speeding
near milepost 39 on
Redwood Hwy. at 9:49
a.m.
*Michael C. Mac-
Donald, 49, was ar-
rested on warrant
charges of parole vio-
lation and ex-convict
in possession of a
weapon. He also was
charged with PCS/
marijuana in the 5000

Road at 10:21 a.m. He
was lodged in county
jail.
*A 17-year-old girl
was cited on a charge
of no operator’s license

*Theft of a yellow
Columbia jacket was
reported at Brown
Barn Launderette at
12:56 p.m. A boy, 13,
was contacted concern-
ing the theft and admit-
ted that he had taken
the jacket. The com-
plainant did not wish to
pursue charges. He was

tody of his mother.
*A representative
of the Internet Fraud
Complaint Center
contacted someone in
the 200 block of Ollis
Road in regards to a
complaint of pur-
chases made over the
Internet that had been
paid for and had not
been received.
*Public assis-
tance was requested
in the 300 block of

4:23 p.m. A woman
stated that she had
been informed that a
man had been provid-
ing alcohol to her 15-
year-old daughter.
*Harassment was
reported in the 9000
block of Takilma
Road at 6:47 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
*Burglary was
reported in the 6000
block of Westside
Road. It was reported
that the burglary had
occurred within the
past two weeks.
*Public assis-

12:38 a.m. concern-
ing misuse of 911.
*Sexual offense
was reported at IVHS
at 10:38 a.m. involv-
ing a boy, 17, and a
14-year-old girl.
*Two men wear-
ing ski masks robbed
a man in Selma at
gunpoint at 11:50
a.m.
*A boy was re-
ported as a runaway
in the 500 block of
Deer Creek Road at
7:23 p.m. It was re-
quested if the boy
was found that he be

woman was having
difficulty breathing in
