announcing his decision to attend Southwest Oregon Community College on a
wrestling scholarship on May 9.
Information for upcoming 2018 per capita
Siletz Tribal Court would like to remind Tribal members to keep their address
current with the Enrollment Department. Per capita notices will be mailed June 11,
2018, to the address on file with Enrollment.
The 2018 per capita hearing dates are July 10 for money owed to an entity of the
Tribe and July 11-12 for money owed for child support and to the IRS.

FINDING OF FACT
1. This court has jurisdiction to review this matter as the respondents are members
of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI).
2. Petitioner filed a Notice to Offset/Attached Tribal Per Capita in the Siletz Tribal
Court.
ORDER
The following Tribal members have a lien filed against their per capita, do not have
a valid mailing address with the Enrollment Department and need to contact Tribal
Court for their hearing date and time:
