Event Staff Temp Positions Available For Siletz Tribal Members! 
is looking for individuals who are interested in working fun and exciting events! 
From concerts to tournaments, you can be a part of the excitement and get paid 
for  it!  Anyone  18  years  or  older  is  eligible  for  this  part‐time  on‐call  position. 
Wage compensation will be at the current minimum wage rate of $8.95. Contact

Come to Beach, Bacon and Brews
Beach, Bacon and Brews is coming
to Chinook Winds Casino Resort on
Sept. 12, with Joey Chestnut appearing as
a celebrity judge
Food vendors will sell tasty bacon
eats and brewers with some of the best
the Pacific Northwest has to offer will
keep you coming back for more. Charity
cooking teams will compete and serve
up “bacon bites” for you to enjoy. All the
money raised goes to charity.
All of this fun, food and beer is only
$15 a ticket for those age 21 and older. You
entry includes $5 in free slot play, beer
tastings, live music and the opportunity to
purchase $1 bacon bits for tastings.
Charities will create tasty bacon reci-
pes in competition to be named the best
bacon booth at the event. The attending
public will purchase “bacon bit” tickets
at $1 to sample the bacon creations. The
non-profit groups will keep all the “bacon
bit” money for their organization.
Up to 20 breweries will give out
samples to the public of their brew or
cider lines throughout the day as part of
the ticket price.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to
have bacon and beer in the same place!
In addition to the bacon recipe competi-
tion, food vendors will sell their yummy
menu items.
Tickets prices are only $15, which
includes $5 in free slot play, beer tastings,
live music by Unlikely Saints and access
to great food vendors.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.,
with winners announced at 3 p.m.
Breweries include Base Camp Brew-
ery, Payette Brewing, Ninkasi Brewing,
Goodlife Brewing, Atlas Cider, 2 town
Cider, McKenzie Brewing, Stout Brewing,
Seven Brides and Pelican Brewery.

The Surf City Classic Car Show is
set for Sept. 5 at Chinook Winds Casino
Resort. Everything from vintage to hot
rods and custom cars to trucks will be
on display.
Surf City offers great vendors for food
and car-related items, music and the tasty
beer garden. This exciting show takes place
on the field directly behind the casino.
Participation in the auto contest is
only $10. There is no admission charge
to attend this family-friendly event

Car owners are invited to attend and
display their cars at the Surf City event.
The cars will be parked in the open field
behind the casino.
Registration for the Surf City car show
is only $10 and includes a T-shirt and $5
in free slot play. A total of $2,000 in cash
and prizes will be given away.
All registration proceeds will support
Angels Anonymous, a local nonprofit
organization created to assist local resi-
dents with basic, immediate needs.
