Burrito Bake
Ingredients
1 cup bakery mix
¼ cup water
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 cup thick salsa
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained
½ cup onion (chopped)
Directions
Grease a 10x11x2-inch pie pan. Mix
bakery mix, water and refried beans.
Spread bean mixture into bottom of
greased pan. Layer cooked hamburger,
onions, salsa and cheese on the bean
mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F.
Top with sour cream and/or guacamole.
Suggestions for more layers – corn,
fresh tomatoes, olives, lettuce, green
onion and kidney, black or pinto beans.
