2012-2013 Siletz Royalty: Little Miss Siletz Chelo Garcia, Junior Miss Siletz SuSun Fisher and Miss Siletz Leslie Lundy
Chairman’s Report
SuSun Fisher – Junior Miss Siletz
I’ve been humbled to travel near and far this past year and represent my Tribe as Junior Miss Siletz. It was truly a blessing.
I’ve learned so much within this past year and cannot believe that my term is up. Being on royalty has meant so much to me.
I’ve met so many new friends from all over and answered questions they’ve had about the Tribe. During my term, I traveled
and represented the Tribe at events in Oregon, Washington, California and Nevada. Some events I attended include:

I’d like to thank everyone who supported me and gave advice. All the support and advice made me stronger and smarter. It’s
been an amazing year! Thank you again to all of my supporters.
Chelo Garcia – Little Miss Siletz
I would like to thank all of my family, my mom and dad, my brothers, gramma, all my aunties and uncles, cousins and friends.
I really want to thank my Great-Grandma Elouise Case, she was my biggest supporter. My great-gram spent hours taking me out
to sell my tickets and help me sort them and count money. Thank you, Great-Gram, I love you very much!
It was an honor for me to represent my Tribe and my family as Little Miss Siletz. I traveled all over Oregon to wrestling tour-
naments and baseball, always carrying my crown to show my support. When I wrestled the boys in my weight class, they always
knew I was a real princess with a crown.
I also went to many pow-wows throughout the year and the best part about going to pow-wows was getting to hang out with
Leslie Lundy and SuSun Fisher. I will miss them very much!
This next year, I will focus on my wrestling in hopes to be No. 1 in state – don’t forget to watch for me. I will miss being
Little Miss Siletz, but I will be back.
I hope I made you all proud and I know my Great-Grandpa Clifford Case III is smiling down from heaven at his two great-
granddaughters while we served on Siletz Royalty Court together this past year, Junior Miss Siletz Susun Fisher and me, Little
Miss Siletz Chelo Garcia.
See you all soon!
Chelo
