Play Palace activities for spring break
The Play Palace at Chinook Winds will feature guest speakers during spring break
from March 17 through April 1. For specific dates and times, please call 541-996-5790.
Speakers include Weldon Oliver with Helping Hands for the Arts. This will be a
pre-registered art class with a small fee. All supplies will be provided for the acrylic
painting that will be framed for the young artist to take home.
T.J. Eriksen and Eyan of the Newport Police Department’s K-9 unit will do a pre­
sentation for the children. They were a big hit last year. Kasey Richter with Evergreen
Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville, Ore., will talk about the museum and
the new water park coming in June.
