finds as follows:
FINDING OF FACT
This Court has jurisdiction to review this matter as the Respondents are members
of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI).
Petitioner filed a Notice to Offset Tribal Per Capita in the Siletz Tribal Court.

Pow-Wow Jobs
The Siletz Pow-Wow Committee will accept applications for temporary jobs during
the 2009 Nesika Illahee Pow-Wow. Applications are available at the tribal administra
tion building and the Tribal Community Center, Culture Office.
Orientation will take place at the Tribal Community Center on Aug. 5 from 10 a.m.
to 3 p.m. Please provide a copy of your Social Security card and at least one of the
following — ODL, DMV Oregon ID or Tribal ID - along with your application.
You can apply for the following positions - security/maintenance, kitchen or
sales - at minimum wage, which is $8.40 per hour.

parking lots off of the pow-wow grounds.
Please keep pets off of the pow-wow
grounds and on a leash at all times.
Camper registration forms and fees
will be collected on site.
Apply Now for Tribal Scholarships
Applications are now available for the Arthur S. Bensell Memorial Scholarship,
the Pepsi-Craig Whitehead Scholarship and the Siletz Scholarship. Deadline for ap
plications for all three scholarships is June 12, 2009.
