TO: All Tribal Members and Family
FROM: The Tribal Planning Department
RE: Surveys in 2007
Hello to all tribal members.
During the eoming months, the
tribe's Planning Department staff will
be developing and distributing dif
ferent surveys at different times to
determine tribal membership needs.
We want to send out several dur
ing the year that are targeted to spe
cific areas of service needs. For ex
ample, we plan to distribute a survey
targeting tribal veterans to determine
how we can best plan for resource
development.
In 2006. we distributed a hous
ing survey to the 1 I-county service
area in Oregon. This coming year, we
would like to distribute a more com
prehensive housing and housing-
related services survey to the entire
membership for input.
We are providing this notice in
advance in hopes that when you re
ceive the survey you will take the
time to complete it. The information
will, as always, be confidential.
Please consider this your oppor
tunity to give input into the ongoing
process that starts with the 10-year
comprehensive plan and expands to
cover unmet needs.
Thank you in advance,
Planning Department Staff

We have clients calling to find out
where we are in Salem. The address is
3160 Blossom Drive NE, Suite 185. The
best directions that I have are to get on
Portland Road, turn at the Arc Bingo hall
(Astoria Road), travel down that road and
you will see the Siletz Tribe's RV park.
We are at the new office building, in
the back warehouse part facing the RV
park. Our telephone number there is the
same as before we moved. 503-391-5760.
If you know of anybody who may need
to find us, please pass the word along.
We sure would appreciate any vol
unteer help you can offer, like reading
off shopping lists, distributing off the line,
packing boxes to load into cars, filling
the case flow racks, dismantling pallets
of delivered cased commodities, or just
helping keep up the flow of constant work.
