You must have a responsible adult sponsor who will be able to help you attend
designated organizational meetings, activities, parades, fund-raisers, and sched
uled appearances, unless a written request is submitted to the royalty coordinator

2. You will be disqualified if you miss three scheduled events without cause and the

quirements are imposed on the court, you will be notified in advance and will be
required to follow them.
