Trails and Treaties in the Pacific Northwest:
Time for Reconsideration
The Pacific Northwest Historians Guild Con
ference is scheduled for March 5, 2005, at the
Museum of History and Industry in Seattle, Wash.
Our goal is to encourage a diverse group of
presentations on the expected and unexpected
consequences and repercussions of trail and treaty
history in the Pacific Northwest up to and including
present-day commemorations.
Papers, panels, literary pieces, film, and art will
be considered. Proposals are due Oct. 30,2004.

Due to the hair loss disease that the doe has
contracted, the controlled hunt tags are going to be
very limited.
