Many guests visit Chinook Winds
for the headline entertainment, con
ventions, conferences, and special
events. Acquiring the property
increases the amenities that Chinook
Winds has to offer them by enhancing
their visit to the region. Special
packages will be offered for guests of
the casino.
Larger and more esteemed con
ventions will be attracted to the Lincoln
City area because of the new hotel owner
ship and the casino’s more than 30,000
square feet of convention space. These
groups, along with weddings and family
reunions, are anticipated to bring more
spending dollars to all area businesses.
Along with a heated indoor swim
ming pool, spa, and sauna, the hotel
consists of 61 suites and 186 rooms; 206
have ocean-front views and many with
direct beach access. Suites include a gas
fireplace, ocean-view balcony, wet bar,
VCR, microwave, and refrigerator.
A full-service restaurant and more
than 7,000 square feet of meeting space
are included in the purchase.
