Hop Aboard Rogue River Room
Express With New Breakfast
And Lunch Bargains
The Rogue River Room at Chinook
Winds Casino is pleased to announce
that its new Rogue River Express break
fast and lunch menus start March 1.
Wonderful deals on great food will
make Monday through Friday the most
delicious days of the week.
Breakfast is the most important meal
of the day and the Breakfast Express
Special gets the day started off right. It
includes two eggs any style, two
sausage, two strips of bacon, hash
browns, and a choice of biscuit or toast
for $2.95. This amazing meal is avail
able Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m.
to 9 a.m., in the Rogue River Room.
Knowing that there’s a delicious
$6.95 lunch midway through the
workday makes going to work a little
bit easier. Knowing that you’ll enjoy
having the lunch special at the same
restaurant every day for a week and not
have the same meal twice makes going
to work a lot easier.
On March 1, a new menu filled with
five tantalizing lunch specials, one
for each day, begins.
For instance, Monday’s special is
a Grilled Halibut Sandwich with fries,
coleslaw, or potato salad. On Tuesday,
it’s a traditional BLT with the same
choices of side dish. Wednesday, it’s a
Tuna Salad Tortilla Wrap with chips and
on Thursday, diners can have a Prime
Rib Sandwich. To celebrate Fridays, it’s
a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. All of these
are just $6.95.
If you’re worried that your last-
minute meeting will make you miss the
Prime Rib sandwich, you won’t. These
lunch specials run all through March.
In April, there’s a new menu with a
Philly Steak Sandwich, Chicken Fajitas,
Crispy Chicken Salad, and more.
Lunch Express Specials are avail
able Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.
to 1 p.m., with the weekly menu changing
each month.
Many young women dream of
scholarships to help pay for college.
Every year, the Miss Oregon Scholar
ship Program offers its contestants more
than $100,000 in cash and in-kind
tuition scholarships. These scholarships
are awarded to any competitor, not just
the ultimate titleholder. Scholarships are
available for academic achievement,
community service, talent, fitness,
speaking skills, and more.
The Miss Native America “Oregon”
Scholarship Program offers contestants
a forum for raising awareness and
effecting change on important social
issues. To compete in our program,
contestants are required to clearly
define a social issue to which they are
sincerely committed and for which each
will be an activist during her year of
service. Perhaps you’ve been serving as
a mentor to young people in your
community, volunteering time to an
AIDS clinic or a drug abuse treatment
center, or tackling any one of countless
other important issues facing the youth
in our society today.
Competing in the Miss Native Amer
ica “Oregon” Scholarship Program will
give you a chance to learn more about
your chosen issue, meet influential
people who are working on the front
lines of these causes, and add your voice
and views to those of other leaders.
The four categories of the Miss
Native America “Oregon” competition
are: interview, evening wear, talent, and
lifestyle and fitness in swimsuit.
Participation in the Miss Native
America “Oregon” Scholarship
Program will give you a moment in the
spotlight that has potential to impact
your future, regardless of whether you
win the crown. This program can and
will help with gaining and perfecting
public speaking, interviewing, and
performance skills.
