to
acknowledge
the
accomplishments of clients in 2002.
The Employment Services
Program (ESP) is encouraged and
pleased to see the progress of so many
Siletz and other tribal members. Many
cash-assistance clients began with Work
Experience and then moved to On-The-
Job-Training or Direct Placement, or
acquired unsubsidized employment upon
completion of their job training. Forty-
nine clients participated and completed
one or more of the above components.
Special thanks also should go out
to the job sites and supervisors who
generously provided positions and
supervised and trained our clients. The
number of successful tribal members
gives tribute to the members themselves
and to ESP.
Congratulations to all participants
from the ESP staff in Siletz. Being a
part of your success has been a pleasure!
