To dear Norma,
We had our laughs and our joys and
our sorrows. I will miss your funny quips
about stories long gone by. All of us will
miss your tales that you told with such
vitality and humor. I was fortunate to visit
with you that Sunday afternoon; you were
calm and peaceful. I asked you if you
dream, and you said, “Oh yes, I do.”
I wanted to probe your mind, but I decided
not to. Another time would be more
appropriate. That time was not to be.
I will miss you a great deal, dear
Norma, I really will. I pray and hope that
a cure will come soon so this devastating
disease will be arrested. I am happy you
are at peace now.
