“This is a time not only to rejoice
because of the Restoration Act and 23
years of accomplishment, but a time to
think deeply about the challenges still
before us. I submit that the Restoration
Act is a done deal, but restoration of the
mind and spirit, the courage to face
hardships, the willingness to work
together and sacrifice for the common
good, is an ongoing process and
challenge.”
