Two teams represented Chinook Winds at a charity golf tournament that raised money
for the Junior Achievement organization. The tournament was held at the Coos Bay Country
Club in July. The team of Les Eisenbarth, A.J. Velasquez, Keith Canaday, and Randy
Fisher took third place gross, while the team of Jon Vradenburg, Nathan Beard, Mike
Fisher, and Chris Fisher took third place net.

Blackjack Tournaments Coming Up
Dedicated participants who have qualified in the weekly Blackjack tournaments should
expect an invitation in the mail shortly. It’s time once again for the Tournament of Champions,
coming up on Oct. 1.
The purse is $2,500. First place will win $1,000. All seven finalists will win money.
Entry is free. Check-in time is 6 p.m., with appetizers at 6:15 p.m. and the tournament
at 7 p.m.
All those who have prevlbusly qualified for the Tournament of Champions in the last
four tournaments will receive invitations for the Grand Tournament of Champions on
Dec. 2 and 3, which features p $10,000 purse!
