MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BA, AA, or Child Development Associate
(CDA) Credential in Early Childhood Education and one year experience in a
structured early childhood education setting (Preschool, Head Start, Kindergarten,
Daycare Center, etc.). Abie to work effectively with low-income families. Able to
use a positive approach in directing child behavior. Able to work cooperatively as
a team member. Must possess a valid Oregon State driver’s license and have use
o f a personal vehicle. Must have a safe driving record and be able to satisfy a
criminal record check. Must have a valid First Aid Card/CPR or able to obtain it
within 60 days o f employment. Plans and maintains adevelopmentally appropriate
classroom environment as supported by daily lesson plans and culturally relevant
activities. Develops an Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each child in
partnership with the parent and implements IEP goals through classroom
curriculum and regularly scheduled home visit activities. *

clerical/professional capacity, preferably in a medical office, -OR- a combination
o f four years specialized experience and education. Preference will be given to
applicants whose experience includes medical billing. Ability to work with a wide

commuhity'friembers, staff, health agencies, insurance companies, and medical
