Ad Hoc Constitution Comm ittee meets monthly at area offices Committee members Gladys Bolton, Teresa Collins, Dave Viles, Don Hudson, and Edell Richards thank all who have offered their concerns and ideas, regarding the revision of our tribal constitution. We will be meeting on a monthly basis at our four area offices, and ask for yoiir continued support and participation. Do-it-yourself Divorce Class Oregon Legal Services will be providing a self-help divorce workshop for low-income people very soon. Thé workshop is free. ; Participants will be given forms and instructions on how to do their own divorce. The workshop is a three-hour class with preregis tration required. Thomas William Mosquedo Jr., 16, of Dallesport, Washington Died óf natural causes Jan. .26,1998 at St. John Medical Center. He was bom Dec, 8,-1981, in Longview Wa. A member of the Confederated Tribes Of Siletz Indians, he danced in pow-wóws around the Pacific Northwest and Canada, and was a member, of the Indian Club at Lyle High School in Lyle Wa. He enjoyed building models, riding his bicycle, computers, hunting, fishing, video games, and playing football, baseball, basketball and roller hockey. He leaves his mother, Charlene Holycross of Dallesport; his father, Thomas William Mosquedo, Sr., of Suquamish, Wa. Two sisters, Erika and Nadia Mosquedo, both of Dallesport. Grandparents Bob and Florence McCarty, of Longview. And numerous aunts and uncles and cousins. Portland-area tribal member,Arthur Jobin, new entrepreneur Arthur has successfully com pleted m ost of the criteria for starting his OWN business. Arthur has beendiligently working at this goal for some time. The name of his company will be "Install-Rite Installation." Arthur started out as a General Assistance client, then had to go ôn to the TANF program, during the later part of his goal. This just goes to show you persistence does pay off. Good luck, Arthur, we are all very proud of you and your accomplishments. Through you, our people can see that it is possible to better one's quality of life. .
