I continue to be impressed with the overall levels of friendliness, cooperation, positive spirit, ,and the professionalism of the staff and management. I am really looking forward to an exciting and creative association that will directly lead to greatly expanded guest awarèness, - satisfaction < and attendance, as well as a substantial increase in casino profitability. After a very .successful three year association with the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians in California, who helped pioneer the Indian gaming movement in the 1980's, I became acutely aware of the opportunities and obliga tions afforded, by Indian gaming as a means to achieve Tribal economic development, an inde pendent Tribal government and an improvement in the lives of Tribal members and their families. I am very pleased to witness first hand how that opportunity is playing out for the Siletz Tribe and to see the many accomplishments achieved to date. I look forward to the opportunity to serve the Tribe' here as we solidify and expand ■those gains, Tim McIntire 1
