Head coach Jim Martineau said his team has a good shot at the championship game this year. He also said they need to “Take care of the home court.” Guard Shayla Fetters said the key to victory is, “When we play as a team we win.” Fetters is a sophomore in her first season with the team, having transferred to Clackamas after playing for Umpqua Community College last year. With Umpqua currently lead ing the division, there is a good chance Fetters will be facing her old team in the playoffs. A sce nario she is very excited about. Fetters also said the difference between Clackamas and her old team is that the Lady Cougars have, “more team chemistry” and “win.” Please turn to page six to find out what happened in the Lady Cougs’ match-ups against Mt.
