Amanda L. Coffey has acquired a full-time position
as an English instructor after working part-time at part òf that.”
Clackamas for two years. Coffey received a
bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth
University and a master’s degree from Arizona State
University.

Suzanne Munro has extensive teaching at and they value their

holds a bachelor’s from Westmont College, a
master’s in theology from Fuller Theological
Seminary in Pasadena and a master’s in English as
a Second Language from San Francisco State
University.

Adam Hall is a new full-time math instructor, and
has much experience In teaching, having worked
at Belleville Area College and as an adjunct faculty
member at Clark College and Mt. Hood Community
College. Hall holds a bachelor's degree and a
master's degree in math from PSU.
Bruce Nelson has worked at Clackamas part-time
since 1996, and is now taking on the responsibilities
of a full-time horticulture instructor. In addition to a
bachelor’s degree from the University of
Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Entomology
from Washington State University, Nelson has
experience as an arborist and pest control specialist.

A new addition to the Math Department is instructor
Mark Yannotta. Yannotta holds a master’s degree
in math from the University of Missouri and a
bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State
University.
James L. Trerise, a published poet, has been hired
as an instructor in the English Department. Terise
was educated at the University of California where
he received a bachelor’s degree, and he obtained a
master’s degree in English from Claremont
Graduate School.

language department,
had confidence in my
ability four years ago
when she hired me
part-time, and I am
excited about our new
center for foreign
language students in
Barlow 203. ”
David IV. Miller has acquired a position in the
foreign language department as an instructor, after
previously working at PSU as a Spanish instructor
and working at Lewis & Clark as a German
instructor. Miller has a bachelor’s degree, a
master’s degree in Spanish and also minored in
German at PSU.

computer upgrades
within the.mathematics
department. Having
our own technology
lab, upgrading the
instructors’ PCs, and
acquiring state-of-the-
art software will allow
us to do some really
great things for
students and faculty in
the future and build
upon an already
successful program. ”
