Intramurals observed on campus
In case you hadn’t noticed, a
lot of intramurals have been tak­
ing place throughout Fall term;
everything from football to tur­
key trots have been planned.
Intramural football con­
cluded yesterday, but results were
unavailable at press time. As one
can probably see by the pictures,
everyone involved enjoyed tak­
ing part, despite the poor offici­
ating, noted by one observer. This
season even saw the toppling of a

quetball tournament, which was won
by Jim Sabo in the intermediate
class, and Andy Baethke in the
beginning class. Those who are in­
terested in the class should sign up
for it. It is being held at Eastside,
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Clackamas also had a Fun Run,
which declared a champion in the
men’s and women’s class. Clacka-
mites Tim Marshall finished the
men’s 3.1 mile run in 18:42, and
Linda Partridge finished her 24 mile
jaunt in 20:29.
Just in time for Thanksgiving,
Clackamas will be holding its
eighth annual Turkey Trot.
Anyone can participate in
this 3.1 .mile run on campus
today at 12:10 p.m. Admission
is one can of food, which will be
donated to a needy organiza­
tion and participants must be
signed in by noon.

people to participate. Those
interested should convene at
the lower level of Randall at 12
p.m.
