Every six months, state, federal and private agencies send their smoke qual ity inspectors to be recertified by the state. The purpose of the recertifica tion is to keep industrial smoke stacks in compliance with the State and Federal Clean Air Acts. The inspectors were on campus last Tuesday near the garden plot area.
